2. How to Order 
a. Submit Your Photo & Consultation
After placing your order, please provide one clear photo of the person (half-body or full-body are both acceptable). Our customer service team will proactively contact you within 1 business day to confirm the photo details.
Photo Tip: For the best results, choose a photo with a plain background and a clear, well-lit view of the person.
 
b. 2D Chibi Design & Approval
Our designer will create a 2D Chibi illustration based on your provided photo for your approval. This step typically takes 2-3 business days.
 
c. Confirm & Finalize Design
Upon your approval of the 2D design, you are entitled to one round of minor complimentary revisions. Any requests for a completely different pose/outfit or additional revisions will incur a redesign fee of HK$50 per instance.
 
d. 3D Printing & Production
Once the 2D design is finalized, we will move into the production stage. The 3D printing and finishing process takes approximately 15 days.
 
e. Shipping & DeliveryYour unique Chibi doll is carefully packaged and shipped directly to you!
 
Important Notes:
Style Guide: Please note that our Chibi style is a cute, stylized interpretation and not a hyper-realistic 1:1 replica. Currently, we cannot customize intricate details like earrings, necklaces, watches, logos, or text.
 
Pose: The default pose is a natural standing position. If you have a specific pose request, please discuss it with our customer service representative during the initial consultation stage.
 
Custom Product Policy:
As this is a made-to-order product, we cannot accept modifications, returns, or refunds once the design has been approved and the 3D printing process has begun.
